• Step 3:Legal Escalation: Assisting in raising disputes and regulatory escalations against wrongful deductions or rejections.

Eligibility & Registration

• To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your active health insurance policy. Dhaarya acts based on the data you provide. Any misrepresentation or omission of facts at the time of policy purchase or service registration is solely the user's responsibility

User Authorization & Data Consent

By uploading or sending documents (via our web portal or WhatsApp), you grant Dhaarya the authorization to review, structure, and represent your documents to insurance providers, TPAs, or regulatory bodies (like IRDAI/Ombudsman) strictly for resolving your claims

No Commercial Insurance Sale

You acknowledge that Dhaarya does not sell, solicit, or market insurance policies. We do not collect insurance premiums

Limitation of Liability

While Dhaarya puts forth maximum effort to ensure fair claim settlements, the final liability for claim settlement belongs to the insurance company. Dhaarya is not liable for any financial losses or direct rejections arising from the insurer's final decision.
